My name is Scott O'Neil. I'm a software engineer by training, and a homeschooling dad of a pair of 2e kiddos.  Kerbal Space Program became my pandemic project, and I was amazed at the depth of the learning it affords.

I believe there’s potential in games for promoting human flourishing, but it’s largely unrealized. Where’s the gaming equivalent of the little league coach or the dojo sensei? Today, with economics driving much game development to intentionally addictive places, I think there’s a productive role for structured activity focused on real learning.
